SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

Express Shipping is free for all orders > $250.

For orders less than $250 shipping is a flat $10.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We have many customers in New Zealand and the SE Asia region and we’re delighted to ship overseas. The costs will vary based on the destination, and it’ll be shown upon checkout.

Please be aware that there may be international import duties or taxes for your country upon entry, and these will need to be paid by you. They are not included in the final price on our website.

What courier or post service do you use?

We use Sendle to organise our shipping, which picks from a variety of Australian couriers for delivery based on the most efficient delivery times.

Some of these couriers are Fastway, Couriers Please, TNT Overnight Express and Allied Express.

 

I've just placed an order. When will I receive my items?

For standard metropolitan Australian city destinations, you should receive your items in 3-5 business days from order time.

This is a total estimated time including the order processing and dispatch time on our end, plus the delivery time by the courier.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Typically we will process your order and have it ready to be picked up by the courier for shipping within 24 hours of receiving your order.

However, occasionally during peak periods it may take up to 3 business days for your items to be dispatched.

 

Where do the items ship from?

The items are shipped out from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

 

How fast is your shipping?

We use express courier services for shipping, which takes approximately 1-3 business days to most Australian metropolitan destinations.

 

Do you provide tracking on your deliveries?

Yes, we provide tracking on all deliveries so you can see where your items are at all times.

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Unfortunately our warehouse is a shipping only entity, and does not have office or facilities for local pickup.

 

I made a mistake with my order. What do I do now? Can I amend or cancel it?

Please contact us at hello@finaladventure.com immediately!

If we can catch the shipment before it leaves our warehouse we can fix the order for you.

Otherwise if it's been shipped out then we need to go through the standard Returns process. You'll need to do this fairly quickly as our shipping team is normally pretty efficient!

 

 

 

RETURNS

Can I return my items for a full refund?

Yes. Our goods can be refunded within 14 days of delivery.

Are returns free?

Yes. We do not charge any returns or handling fees.

So you'll receive a refund for the full amount you paid, once the return has been successfully processed.

However, it is your responsibility to mail the items back to us using your postal service of choice at your own cost.

I have the wrong size/colour. How do I exchange it for another one?

All exchanges are handled by our system as a refund + new order.

Please follow the stand process for a full refund, then place a new order yourself for a new item of a different size.

How do I initiate a return?

To return an item for a refund, please first make sure it fits the returns requirements listed here.

What are the requirements for a return & refund?

Returned items must:

  1. Be unwashed and unused
  2. Have all original tags on the items, uncut and un-removed
  3. Have no visible sign of use/wear/damage. Shoes must not have sole markings or evidence of wear, including damage or scratches on the leather.
  4. Contain all original packaging (boxes, wrap, bags, pouches, etc), also undamaged and in original condition.
  5. Not be a sale item
  6. Be submitted for exchange within 14 days of delivery

Can sale items be returned?

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please take care when choosing sale items!

 

I returned an item. What happens next?

Once the items have been mailed out by you, please give the postal service the same 3-5 business days to return the item to us.

Upon delivery to us, we will process the refund on the first Friday after we receive the items.
