What's your shipping policy?
What payments do you accept?
We offer the standard credit card payments of Mastercard, Visa and Amex, and also Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
Do you offer local pickup?
Unfortunately, no. Our warehouse is only set up for mailing, there are no receptions or facilities for local pickup.

Is this a real store?
Yes, we're a real, locally registered Australian business with an ABN, office and warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
Where is your company registered?
We are registered in Australia as Final Adventure Pty Ltd.
Are your items authentic and real?
Yes. We purchase all our items directly from the brands themselves, through the proper sales channels. All items are 100% authentic, direct from the brand, to our warehouse, to you.
Are my payments secure?
Yes. As per the other 500,000 active Shopify stores out there, we use Shopify Payments to process our payments. Shopify Payments is PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1 certified, which means it has been externally audited to ensure all payment processes are secure and safe.
We don't directly manage, access, view or store confidential information on payments at any level, as this is all processed via Shopify Payments.
Do you save my credit card/payment details?
No. We utilise Shopify Payments to process all payments, and that takes care of all the payment details.

Is it safe to shop on this website?
Yes. As our store is built on Shopify, everything is secured to the same level as the other 500,000 stores out there. It's secured via SSL (see the lock symbol next to the URL in your browser) so all transactions and communications are safe and secure.

What does Final Adventure mean?
Final Adventure as based on our own travels, which was meant to be 12 months but ended up being almost 3 years. Towards the end there was a question of "is the the final country"...but there was always just one more country to visit.
We wanted Final Adventure to reflect the irony of it's never the final adventure - that while you should live every adventure as if it's your last, there's always another adventure around the corner!
What's your favourite travel destination?
It's the most common question, and also the most difficult one! Travelling is so rewarding, and every country is so different, it's like asking someone their favourite food is.
That said, in our top 5 are definitely Chile, Oman, Norway and Ethiopia.

We are based in Sydney, NSW Australia.
What's the weirdest thing you've ever ate on your travels?
Ants, guinea pigs, snakes and spiders...take your pick! And balut - if you don't know what that is you should look it up...
